Teams of drivers are placed at your function at a pre-determined time(minimum charge – 2 hours, e.g. midnight – 2 a.m.). The team(s) of drivers will service the customers that are designated by you. Upon completion of a trip they will return directly to service the next customer. Customers must have a vehicle. For functions outside city limits there maybe a travel time charge to and from the location. This service requires pre-booking.
Keys Please® will place an Event Co-ordinator at your function to advise your guests that you have supplied the service of Keys Please® for their convenience. When your guests require the service, the Event Co-ordinator will supply them with the first available team. Our Event Co-ordinator is in touch with the driving teams allotted to your function and will be able to advise your guests when the next team will be available. The Event Co-ordinator will schedule the service to the guests in a controlled manner for maximum usage.
Private Parties, Weddings, Corporate Events! Keys Please® will supply you our professional driver(s) to park your guest’s vehicles.
Whether it be a small personal party to a large corporate event, we have the solution for you.
Keys Please® will supply a chauffeur exclusively for you. Your Keys Please® personal driver will drive you to your destination in your vehicle and wait while you conduct your business. If required, they will then drive you to your next location(s) or return you to your original pickup address.
Companies and individuals order vouchers for a function they are hosting, placing a credit card number on file, enabling the service to be billed to that credit card. Upon the client using the service they would turn the voucher over to the driver and the applicable charges would be recorded on the voucher. Within fifteen (15) days of the function a copy of the vouchers used are sent to you for your accounting purposes.
