Evening Services

Calgary Evening Call-in Service

We drive you and any of your guests that fit safely in your vehicle to your destination. No customers are allowed in the follow vehicle due to liability and taxi bylaws. We will do multiple stops along the way however the individual with the vehicle must be the final destination.

If you require a designated driver previous to 10 p.m. call or book our service thirty (30) minutes before you wish to leave and after 10 p.m. sixty (60) minutes prior to requiring the service.

When you call for the service a Customer Service Representative will ask for the following information:

Contact Number (The driver will contact you when on route to pick you up.)
Name (First and Last)
Pick Up Location
Destination Address

The Customer Service Representative will advise you of YOUR estimated service time.

Calgary Exclusive Use

Teams of drivers are placed at your function at a pre-determined time (minimum charge – 2 hours, e.g. midnight – 2 a.m.). The team(s) of drivers will service the customers that are designated by you. Upon completion of a trip they will return directly to service the next customer. Customers must have a vehicle. For functions outside city limits there may be a travel time charge to and from the location. This service requires pre-booking.

Calgary Platinum Exclusive Use

Keys Please® will place an Event Co-ordinator at your function to advise your guests that you have supplied the service of Keys Please® for their convenience. When your guests require the service, the Event Co-ordinator will direct them to the first available team. Our Event Co-ordinator is in touch with the driving teams allotted to your function and will be able to advise your guests when the next team will be available. The Event Co-ordinator will schedule the service to the guests in a controlled manner for maximum usage.

We recommend that the Keys Please® Event Coordinator be at your function a minimum of 1 (one) hour prior to the Keys Please® Exclusive Use Drivers. This will allow the Keys Please® Event Coordinator the time to ensure that your guests are aware of the availability of the Exclusive Use Service that you have provided for them.

Calgary Chauffeur Service

Do you need a chauffeur to drive you for a night of bar-hopping or to drive you and your special person to celebrate an anniversary or birthday?

Keys Please® will supply a chauffeur exclusively for you. Your Keys Please® chauffeur will drive you to your destination in your vehicle and wait until you are ready to head to your next location(s) or return you to your original pickup address.

Calgary Valet Service

Contact Keys Please® when you need a valet for your event. We will supply you with a professional driver who will park your guests’ vehicle.

Calgary Pre-Booked Time Calls

Requests for evening time calls must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the time required. Completed forms must be received by Keys Please® during the administration hours of Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Forms received after 4 p.m. Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

Ensure the information provided is accurate as pre-booked calls require a credit card deposit and once the time call has been confirmed, any changes will result in the loss of your deposit.
