When you call for the service, a customer service representative will ask for your phone number, name, where you need to be picked up and your destination address. The closest cleared unit will be dispatched to you all units are manned with two drivers. One driver will drive you and your guests in your vehicle to your desired destination. Our other driver follows to pick up his/her partner at the end of the trip. No customers are allowed in the chase vehicle due to liability.
We run a high-tech computerized dispatch system. Our rates are calculated by GPS ensuring accuracy.
Our drivers do not use their odometer as that can be a very unpredictable and highly inaccurate method.
If you want to leave before 10 p.m. book the service a half hour prior to you requiring it. After 10 p.m. book the service an hour prior to you needing it.
