Service Forms
Keys Please® offers many different types of services to accommodate our valued customer’s requirements.
To book any of the services listed below, select the service, download and complete the form. Submit the completed form to Keys Please® via fax or e-mail. All forms MUST be completed in full. Completed forms must be received by Keys Please® during the administration hours Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Forms received after 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Statutory Holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
- Exclusive Use – Driver(s) are specifically designated for your function and will be available to transport your guests and their vehicles from the event. Upon the drivers completing one trip they will return to pick up the next person requiring the service at your function. There is a minimum charge of 2 hours/vehicle. For functions outside city limits there will be a travel time charge to and from the location.
- Vouchers – Companies and individuals order vouchers for a function they are hosting, placing a credit card number on file, enabling the service to be billed to that credit card.
- Gift Certificates – A Great Gift Idea. Help keep friends and family safe by giving Keys Please® gift certificates. The gift certificates are available in $25.00 denominations.
- Daytime Time Call – For when you require a professional driver to:
- drive you in your vehicle to and/or from medical, dental or surgery appointments
- delivering and/or picking up your vehicle from a repair shop, windshield repair shop etc.
- For any reason you require a professional driver.
- Chauffeur – We supply a chauffeur exclusively for you. The chauffeur will come to your origin and will drive you to your destination or destinations in YOUR own vehicle. You may take as many guests with you that will fit in your vehicle safely. Upon completion of your service requirements the chauffeur will return you to your original pickup address.
- Evening Time Call – When booking an evening time call ensure that all of the information required is accurate: date, time, contact name and phone number, pick up location and destination. Remember evening time calls, once they are booked, cannot be changed or modified. If you are not positive of the times etc. you may want to use our call-in service.
