Since 1997 our teams of professional drivers have provided designated driving services to millions of customers. Keys Please® operates year-round providing individuals and businesses the opportunity to transport vehicles, themselves and guests at an affordable cost to their desired destination.

Our service operates Monday – Friday from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 6 p.m. – 4 a.m. Our state of the art computer system allows us to field calls in less than six seconds and dispatch in real time.

We are looking for energetic and intelligent candidates to work in this fast-paced environment. Being part of our team means thriving in an environment of constant innovation and positive change. Applicants do not need to have formal dispatch/calltaker experience however, it is an asset. Complete training will be supplied.

Duties include:

• Answering incoming calls.
• Entering customer service requests into the computerized dispatch system.
• Assigning trips to drivers.
• Tracking vehicles using our GPS system.
• Accurate reporting to management.
• Problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Have a strong understanding of Calgary’s geography.
• Superior communications skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities.
• Self-motivated, organized and disciplined.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Pleasant phone manners.
• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Dynamic personality while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Night Work – Shifts are between 4 p.m. and 4 a.m.
