Yes – Keys Please® is a designated driver service, which means we drive you home in your own vehicle. We don’t provide transportation in our vehicles. If you don’t have a car with you, this service isn’t the right fit.
Yes! Other people in your group can ride along in your vehicle. Keep in mind that your vehicle’s final location must be the final drop-off – passengers cannot ride in our chase vehicle, and we can’t make extra stops after dropping you off.
No restrictions – we don’t impose a minimum or maximum distance. Whether you’re heading across town or out to the suburbs, we’ll get you there. Your fare is calculated based on actual kilometres travelled.
Yes. Our drivers are trained to operate vehicles equipped with ignition interlock devices. Just let us know when booking so we can assign the right driver.

Pricing is based on the actual kilometres travelled from your pickup to your destination. The easiest way to get an instant quote is through the — just enter your pickup and drop-off address and you’ll see your estimated fare before you book. No surprises.
We recommend booking at least 30 minutes ahead for trips before 10:00 pm, and at least one hour ahead for later departures when demand is higher. That said, you can also pre-schedule rides in advance through the app — great for Stampede, Flames games, weddings, or other planned events.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, Cash, Keys Please® Loyalty & Gift Cards, Keys Please® Vouchers, and Keys Please® Corporate Accounts. A Credit Card is not required to use our app.
Yes – the Keys Please® app lets you schedule rides in advance. Planning ahead for Calgary Stampede, a Flames game, a wedding, or a work event? Book your driver early through the app and you’re set. We also offer Exclusive Use packages for larger group events.
Yes. Keys Please® Corporate Accounts are available for businesses that want to offer safe transportation as a benefit for their employees or clients. Contact us at or call 403-243-3358 to set one up.
Yes. Your vehicle is covered by your own existing vehicle insurance policy while our driver is operating it – the same coverage that applies any time a licensed driver uses your vehicle. Our drivers are fully licensed and professional.
Yes. All Keys Please® drivers go through a thorough screening process before they’re ever sent to a client. Your safety – and the safety of your vehicle – is our top priority. If you have any concerns about a driver, contact us immediately at 1-866-586-5397.
We run late. Evening service in Calgary operates until 3:00 am Sunday through Thursday, and until 4:00 am Friday and Saturday. Book at least one hour before your desired pickup time for late-night rides to ensure availability. See the for full hours.
